• Can I bring my own bottle?  To ensure the highest quality and freshness, refills are available only in our branded 2oz bottles.

• What if I lose my bottle? We get it—bottles have a sneaky way of disappearing (just like bobby pins and hair ties). Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for lost bottles, so you’ll need to purchase a new one to keep the refill party going. Only our official Hudson & Co bottles are eligible for refills—we like to keep things clean, cute, and consistent.

• How long will my refill last?  This depends on usage, but most clients find it perfect for short trips or about a month of regular use.

• Which products are available for refill?  Our selection rotates, but includes shampoos & conditioners on our "bar" behind the shampoo bowls from our premium salon lines.​​
